written this thing on the first day of second semester, while waiting for our prof.

this is about the word i hate the most: "politics".

note: the lyrics i wrote in this track only represents 20% of my total anger in politics and corrupt politicians.

everything i say here, are true stories, based on what i experienced and saw wherever i go.
take the first 4 lines in the second verse, for instance:

"pauwi galing simbahan, sinaksak sa tagiliran--
ang kawawang pastor kahit walang kasalanan;

kung palaging ganito, walang kapayapaan,
pa'no na silang mga batang walang kinalaman?"

i was assigned in emergency room that Sunday morning (6-2), during our RLE in St. Augustine. the pastor and his 3 assistants arrived in the ER, all three of them arrived in critical condition. they have been stabbed by a disorganzed drunkard. the pastor clearly has pneumothorax, seeing his retractions.

I remember him moaning in pain, and the most unusual and unforgettable sentence i heard from him is this: "PUTANGINANG BUHAY TO!! ANONG KASALANAN KO??!!"

dude, that's my first time hearing a pastor curse.

now what does that have to do with this track? simple.
ever heard of the equation:

" good, uncorrupt politicians = proper governance = better jobs = people have adequate money to sustain their needs = lesser chance of violent thoughts = low crime rate " ?

and why i chose "Kanser" as its title? maybe you could figure that one out.

thanks for reading this blog post.
Godspeed!
